We look forward to an amazing tattoo/piercing experience with you! Here are some critical details on the terms of your purchase so please be sure to read it in full before purchasing so you can come ready for your piece knowing everything that you will need to in advance to avoid any misunderstandings or assumptions.
ABOUT YOUR ARTIST:
REQUESTS FOR CHANGES OR ADDITIONS TO EXISTING DESIGN:
Any additions or changes requested by the client as to size, color or detail of this tattoo design may result in additional charges if it requires additional time beyond the time allotted for this particular size & detail. All changes and requests will be made and agreed to BEFORE the tattoo begins. These charges will be due immediately as an additional & completely separate transaction to be paid in-store. All additional work will be calculated at the artists regular rate.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULES & APPOINTMENTS:
Clients may, with no less than a full 24 hours notice, change their appointment time and/or date without any kind of penalty. Not showing up to your scheduled appointment on the day that you are scheduled will be considered as a “no show” and will result in the forfeiture of the full purchase amount without exception so please be sure to not forget your appointment.
If you are running late for any reason to your appointment, please kindly call your artist at (352) 794-6656 and let them know as far in advance as possible.
Clients who show up more than a 1/2 hour late will incur additional waiting costs to be calculated at the artists regular hourly rate so please be on time and give us a courtesy call if you think you’ll be late. If you are excessively late, the artist may, at their discretion, reschedule your appointment if they believe the required amount of time to complete your piece will impede on their next scheduled appointment.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:
We reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule for any and all health & safety issues that we deem appropriate. You must be at least eighteen years old, (18), to purchase this design. If you are a minor, you must have a parent or guardian willing to complete a legally notarized form as required by Florida law.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR TATTOOING:
-PLEASE DO NOT: Come to your appointment intoxicated, sunburned, (sunburned skin is damaged skin. We cannot tattoo damaged skin), or under the influence of alcohol or blood thinners.
-PLEASE DO: Bring a State or Federal Issued ID, Eat and be well hydrated before your procedure. Insufficient blood sugar, hydration, ect., can cause dizziness and other problems that can affect your experience. Consult your physician if you have any concerns or questions before undergoing a tattoo or piercing procedure.
*** Purchase of this product confirms unconditional agreement to all of the aforementioned terms & conditions. All tattoo & piercing product sales are due at the time of service, non-refundable and final. Purchase of this service does not transfer ownership of the design art which is the sole property of it’s creator.
